How to use Infrared Vibration Foot Massager RT-Q001:
Plug the cord into a 110 V power source.
Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the panel. The LCD will show the default setting:00
To set the time, press "Timer" button to choose 10, 15 or 30 minutes
Press the "Speed Up" or "Speed Down" button to adjust vibration speed 1~12 (Slow-Fast)
Press the "Infrared" button to turn infrared light (1-5 levels) on.
Press the "Auto" button to choose from 3 automatic programs available.
After use, press the ' Power' button to stop, then unplug.
MASSAGING PALMS OF HANDS:
To relieve stiffness around the arm, neck or shoulder, place palms on the pressure pad for a thorough massage to relax and relieve pain.
