As an important component part of traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture-moxibustion has done great contribution to the health of the Chinese nation, and it is now being more and more widely accepted in other countries. However, as acupuncture-moxibustion originates from traditional Chinese culture, which is very different from the Western culture, foreign learners often find it very difficult to learn acupuncture-moxibustion well. This book consists of eight parts. Each part deals with a special topic concerning acupuncture-moxibustion. Apart from the general knowledge of acupuncture-moxibustion such as the meridians, commonly used acupoints and treatment of diseases with acupuncture-moxibustion, we have also introduced such topic as How to Study Acupuncture-Moxibustion, Auricular-acupuncture, Electro-acupuncture and acupuncture anesthesia, with an view to providing the readers with a relatively comprehensive acupuncture-moxibustion knowledge.
