This course is a practical introduction to the mose well-known and widely practiced forms of Acupressure being utilized today. You will learn three main styles of acupressure, a series of traditional chinese exercises, an introduction to foot reflexology and specific methods for using acupureesure on yourself. All of these techniques are designed to enhance your over-all health, increase and balance your energy and enable you to get more in touch with your body. Emphasis is on methods of self-treatment, although techniques for working on other people are also included.
