In a new compact package, the Electro Stimulator SK-700B offers all the advantages of the older multifunction models, but with improvements in the control of current pulsation. Too little or too much treatment is avoided. Therapy employs low frequency current pulses in a continuously varying range from 1 to 160 Hzs. In general, low frequencies are used for circulatory and lymph therapy, middle frequencies for the automatic central and peripheral nervous systems, while the higher frequencies are said to be valuable for the treatment of certain organ ailments. Pulsating currents of variable intensity and frequency are passed through electrodes to stimulate the nervous and muscular system. Two different electrodes are sometimes applied at the same time.
