Bicycle with Air Cushion
Pilates.
Lie face up on mat with Air Cushion under pelvis and low back, arms extended,
hands close to hips. With toes pointed, bend right leg and bring knee
to chest while left leg moves toward floor. Release and repeat other side.
Maintain neutral pelvis throughout. Range of motion is determined by your
ability to move legs without moving pelvis. Continue for 30 seconds.
