One-Leg Circle with Air Cushion
Pilates.
Lie face up on mat with Air Cushion under low back and hips. Inhale with
pelvis in neutral, left leg extended on floor and right leg extended to
ceiling (with foot aligned over hip). If your hamstrings are tight, slightly
bend right leg. Exhale and rotate from the ribcage, using the abdominal
to swing your right leg in a circular motion: extended to the left, down,
to the right and back to a neutral pelvis position. Repeat other side.
