DIRECTIONS:
1.
To protect your floor, place the Roll Stepper on top of the enclosed mat.
2.
Click the grey button to cycle through the following displays (in the order below):
•
Step/Min: The speed of your exercising, measured by the number of steps you
take per minute.
•
Scan: This setting continuously cycles through all the modes (Step/Min, Step Count, Time, and Calories expended), automatically changing displays every 2 seconds.
•
Count: This displays the number of steps you have taken during your session.
•
Time: The duration of your session, measured in minutes and seconds.
•
Calorie: Displays the estimated calories burned during your session.
To reset the display, press and hold the grey button for 3 seconds.

To begin exercising, step on one foot plate at a time (the stabilizing wheels help keep the Roll Stepper steady as you do this), and begin stepping, rocking your body from side
to side.
6.
After you have finished using the Roll Stepper, the display will shut down by itself in a few minutes.
Recommended session: 15-30 minutes, depen-
ding on the user.
EXERCISES:
There are lots of ways you can move your body to target different muscle groups when using your Roll Stepper. Here are 3 ways to get you started:
1.
Arm Raises While completing step motions on the Roll Stepper, raise your arms alternately in synch with your legs.
2.
Touching Knees Place your hands on your knees while using the Roll Stepper.
3.
Arm Swings Swing your arms forward and backward alternately in synch with your steps.
