Put on the thigh massagers and lower leg massagers.

Connect the air hoses from the controller to the massagers, as per the instructions in the package.

Connect the A/C adaptor to the device and plug into a power outlet.
ELECTRONIC FUNCTIONS
1.
Turn on the device, which will display a 10 second count before inflation.

The default inflation time is 20 seconds. During inflation the controller will display seconds remaining before the deflation stage begins.

Deflation lasts 10 seconds, immediately after which inflation resumes again. The massager will maintain this cycle of inflation/deflation until turned off.

The inflation time can be adjusted, up to a maximum of 60 seconds. The device will retain the timer setting even after powered off.

The massager also features an Alternating Inflation Mode, during which the left massager inflates while the right massager deflates, and vice versa. The device will maintain a cycle of alternating between inflation of left and right massagers.
