Put on the Infrared Vest HJ-625 and insert the plug in the vest into input port on the lithium battery that is fully charged. Now, the power indicating light of the batteries will be off.

The Infrared Vest HJ-625 is powered by a group of intelligent lithium batteries.When you start the battery, the LED display temperature reading 3 and you can adjsut it fr level 1-5. After few second The digital scale (red led #'s) goes from 1-9 ( 1-9 is showing battery capacity ).
