HOW TO USE THE INFRARED HEATING KNEE PAD
1.
Set the battery box to the "ON" position and charge the four included AA 1.5V rechargeable batteries fully. After 8 hours, set the battery box to the "OFF" position and unplug the charger.

Once you are ready to use the heating pad, slide it over your knee and secure with velcro straps. (You may also apply some liniment to the affected area first before wrapping the pad).
3.
Turn the switch on the battery box to the "ON" position. The red indicator will light to show that the device is working.
