THERMAL-EASE INFRARED HEATING PAD FUNCTIONS:
The Thermal-Ease Infrared Heating Pad can be used on various body parts (legs, stomach, back, etc.) either by wrapping around with the velcro straps, or simply placing the pad on the target body area. Never bend the pad sharply.
To use, simply plug the heating pad in and adjust the settings as follows:
MODE
Press "Mode" button to set the temperature and time.
TEMP
Press ▲ to increase or▼ to decrease the temperature from levels 1-9.
TIMER
Press ▼ to increase or press ▲ to decrease the time from 15 ~ 90 minutes, 15 minutes for each time pressed.
START
Press "Start" button to start or stop the device after setting temperature and timer.
It is suggested that you use the default temperature (Level 5) and time (30 minutes).
