How to use the Meta Infrared System:
Before Use:
Drink some water
Place a clean towel inside the chamber
Put on some relaxing music
Operation:
Turn the power switch on
Press Increase/Decrease controls to choose the temperature for upper and lower domes, and to set the timer (20 minutes is standard)
The chamber will automatically shut off when the time is finished
