HOW TO USE THE DIGITALLY CONTROLLED MOIST HEATING PAD:
The moist heating pad relies on moisture being absorbed from the air and applied in combination with Far Infrared Radiation to ease and comfort the body.

Safety and Efficiency are the key answers to the question "Why Low Voltage?" In this design, a A step-down transformer sends a low-voltage current (no more than 36 Volts) through the space carbon fiber heating element, whose resistance produces enough radiant heat to safely warm the body to a pleasant temperature determined by you.

So safe, in fact that nails, water, and even touching the heating element during operation will have no harmful effect! You will have peace of mind as the systems are tested to UL standards and run on worry-free, low-voltage energy. In theory, even if the outer fabric were removed, you could connect the space carbon fiber heating element, turn it on, and walk directly on top of it, and not receive a shock, even if you were soaking wet.
Efficient
Radiant heat is the most efficient form of heat available. Low-voltage radiant heat is between 97% and 100% efficient in converting electric power to heat. Other electrical heating approaches can be up to 40% less efficient. Significantly less operating time is required to maintain the desired warmth, keeping operational costs to a minimum.
