HOW TO USE THE INFRA SPA SAUNA BELT ANP-1D:
Wrap the belt around the belly or chosen body part.If a massage or body oil is used, you need to first wrap the body part with a plastic sheet to protect the Sauna Belt.
IMPORTANT: Wear belt a little loose, and never doubled-up. See below.
Next insert the plug into the main power socket.
USING THE INFRA SPA SAUNA BELT ANP-1D DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL:

ModeButton:
Press this button to adjust temperature and time.

Temperature Set:
Display temperature. Press ' ' button to increase or ' ' button to decrease the temperature, 1 grade for each time pressed. The temperature has 9 grades ranging from 35 °C~ 60 °C. The default temperature is grade 5.
3.
Time Set :
Display time. Press ' ' button one time to increase 5 minutes or ' ' button to decrease 5 minutes for each time pressed. The time ranges from 5 to 60 minutes. The default time is 30 minutes.
4.
Start Button:
Press this button to start the device after setting the time and temperature.
Heating Light (green): This light will be on when the device is heating and will be off when the device is not working.
IMPORTANT:
1.
Wear the belt a little loose. A tight belt can overheat the skin.
2. Never allow the belt to double-up or scrunch up. Doubled-up belt fabric can cause extreme overheating and damage to the belt. Avoid tightness of belt or body positions that can fold the belt over.

Safety and Efficiency are the key answers to the question "Why Low Voltage?" In this design, a A step-down transformer sends a low-voltage current (no more than 36 Volts) through the space carbon fiber heating element, whose resistance produces enough radiant heat to safely warm the body to a pleasant temperature determined by you.
Safe
So safe, in fact that nails, water, and even touching the heating element during operation will have no harmful effect! You will have peace of mind as the systems are tested to UL standards and run on worry-free, low-voltage energy. In theory, even if the outer fabric were removed, you could connect the space carbon fiber heating element, turn it on, and walk directly on top of it, and not receive a shock, even if you were soaking wet.
Efficient
Radiant heat is the most efficient form of heat available. Low-voltage radiant heat is between 97% and 100% efficient in converting electric power to heat. Other electrical heating approaches can be up to 40% less efficient. Significantly less operating time is required to maintain the desired warmth, keeping operational costs to a minimum.
