USE FOR INFRARED HEATING PAD & FOOT PAD TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Plug into electrical source (ensure the voltage is correct). Power indicator will light, the digital screen shows "OFF".Press "ON/OFF" to start working.

Press "Function" to select temperature and time settings. Press "↑" and "↓" to set, and then press "Function" once more to comfirm setting.
INFRARED HEATING PAD & FOOT PAD
1.
The heating pads and foot pad are connected together on the back of the sauna tent.

the infrared heating pads are mounted on the inside of the sauna tent,

Put the foot pad on the foam floor, there is a place marked "foot pad".
4.
Use ISPA control panel to turn on/off both infrared heating pad and foot pad, and adjust the temperature.

CERAMIC HEATER: OPTIONAL item, is placed on the foam floor, and works extremely well in very cold weather.
It takes only 5 minutes to reach 65 ° C (149 ° F) constant temperature.
IONIZER: OPTIONAL item, is placed on the outside of the sauna tent, and comes with a dial control box. You can adjust time from 0 to 30 minutes.The Ionizer generates a large number of negative ions in the air in the room, and some ozone as a by-product, just as do nature's ionizers, like waterfalls and lightning.
TIMER: OPTIONAL item, is used either by the ionizer or the ceramic heater, or both together. Before use, connect with the Ionizer and the heater properly. Press"ON/OFF" to turn on, the power indicator on the ionizer will light. For set up time, dial "TIMER" from 5 minutes -30 minutes.

Plug Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should be less than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances should be connected to the same extension cord.
2.
After sitting on folding chair inside the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck.
3.
Extend hands outside the sauna through the hand slots to set controls.
4.
Press the POWER button once to activate the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED digital display in the display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The timer will turn on the heater to produce FIR, and will automatically count down to 0 before shutting off power.
5.
Press the FOOT button to turn on the heating element to produce FIR heat on the foot pad. If the foot pad becomes too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again to turn it off.
6.
Once a thorough sweat has been achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool down.
7.
Wipe off sweat from the chair and cushion and disconnect the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, for cleaning and storage.
