HOW TO USE HORSE RIDING MACHINE:
Connect the power plug of the unit correctly with power socket after checking the voltage.
Push power switch on.
Sit on the seat and confirm the length of the stirrups.
Slightly bend your knees and adjust the stirrups to a length at which your feet are firmly held. Place your feet in the stirrups. If they feel too tight or too loose, get off the unit and adjust again.
Starting the Exercise
Press Power Switch button on the frame.
Press "ON/OFF" button to start.
Press " Warm Up" button to start warm up program.
Press "1" , "2" and "3" to adjust speed: slow ~ Medium ~fast.
To choose the pre-programs (Auto Mode), press"Auto".
After use, press "ON / OFF" button to stop.
