The Powered Twister Stepper is controlled with a remote, so you don't have to stop your workout to hunch down to operate anything on the base itself. Use the remote to select any of the 3 auto modes (each with its own set of programmed speed changes), or adjust the speed and workout time to your liking in manual mode.
The Powered Twister Stepper's LED screen displays the speed (levels 1 - 20) and time remaining (up to 20 mins), both shown in alternating 8 second intervals. Programs are also displayed when scrolling through modes (Auto 1-3, and Manual mode).
