How to use Pulsatile Warm Saline Nasal Irrigator SH903:

• 2-4 times per day if there is sino-nasal disorder.

Remove the rear panel by pushing it downward.	You'll find the power cord there, plug it in.	Tear open and pour one packet of nasal irrigator salt into 500cc warm water 35°-38°C, or 95°-101°F	Stir the salt in the warm water until dissolved.

Remove the lid of the water tank.	Pour the dissolved warm saline water into the water tank.	Attach the nasal irrigator tip to the handle.	Push the button on the handle upward (turn on position)

Turn on the power by pressing down the power button.	Adjust water pressure by gradually increasing the water pressure from the lowest level.	The vertical height of the water stream exiting the nasal irrigator tip is about 2.5cm or one inch.	Test the water temperature with your hand, wait till the warm water comes out.

Turn off the power by pressing down the power button again.	Press the end of the nasal irrigator tip in one nostril firmly.	Bend down the head, open the mouth, breathe through the mouth.	Start irrigation by pressing down the power button.

Warm saline will go in from one nostril and drain out from the other nostril	Repeat the above procedure to irrigate the other nostril.(steps 14-18)	Be gentle in blowing your nose after use.	Fill the water tank with tap water to run again to remove residual saline in the machine after each use.
