| Remove the rear panel by pushing it downward. |
You'll find the power cord there, plug it in. |
Tear open and pour one packet of nasal irrigator salt into 500cc warm water. |

| Stir the salt in the warm water until dissolved. |
Remove the lid of the water tank.

Pour the dissolved warm saline water into the water tank. |

| Attach the nasal irrigator tip to the handle. |
Push the button on the handle upward (turn on position) |
Turn on the power by pressing down the power button. |

Adjust water pressure by gradually rotating the water pressure control from the lowest level.

The vertical height of the water stream exiting the nasal irrigator tip is about 2.5cm or one inch. |
Test the water temperature with your hand, wait until warm water comes out. |

Turn off the power by pressing down the power button again.

Press the end of the nasal irrigator tip firmly into one nostril. |
Bend down the head, open the mouth, breathe through the mouth. |
