Jade rollers were the privileged accessories of the Chinese empresses in their quest for smooth, youthful faces. Now you can rediscover this ancient remedy of hand-worked, natural stone to attain those same results. To this day, followers of Traditional Chinese Medicine believe that china jade’s cooling effect helps relieve sinus pain and puffiness under the eyes.
If you want to have the face of an empress, sweep the China Jade Roller gently across your skin. It invigorates, calms and awakens the tissue. This natural alternative to Botox helps keep skin supple, reduces the look of wrinkles, and restores a youthful appearance for both men or women. With double-ended rollers, you can cover both broad and fine-detail areas effectively. Not just for beauty, you can also benefit from the cooling jade on eyes and temples as it eases headaches and stress.

HOW TO USE THE CHINA JADE MASSAGE ROLLER
FOR FACIAL SKIN BEAUTY
Clean your face & neck, then from the center of the forehead, moving either left or right, rolling slowly towards the ear. Use only the weight of the roller pressing the skin (no additional pressure needed). Repeat 3 to 6 times over the same area, then move down to the next area. Continue to the eye. The small roller can work the lids and under eye area. Continue rolling in strips from the corner of the eye to the ear. Below the eye, use the large roller again, and work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip, lower lip and chin. At the chin follow along the lower jaw line to under the ear. To give your skin a healthy glow, using the Jade Massager 3 days a week for 5-10 minutes at a time is recommended.
SMOOTHING THE THROAT AND UNDER THE CHIN When finished, using the large roller, make sweeping rolls from under the chin to the collar bone working out to the side of the neck and starting each sweep from the chin. Pampering the area beneath your face is just as important as the face itself!
FOR ROLLING MASSAGE ON THE BODY
Use it for gentle rolling pressure on parts of the body crying out for relief. Writs, forearms, shoulders, soles of the feet, even back. Slowly and continuously make long strokes in downwards or outwards directions on the body.
FOR SINUS PAIN AND PRESSURE Dampen a washcloth and microwave about 10 seconds. Place over your forehead, eyes and cheekbones. Then, starting just above your eyebrows, using the smaller roller, sweep from the center of the face down towards the cheekbones. The gentle temperature change and the smooth rolling help relieve discomfort from sinus pressure.
