Preparing For Use
For most breast sizes, the Electrode Pads must be cut, along the groove between the silicone rubber electrodes and opposite the pin connectors. Once cut, the pads can be fitted to the undersides of the breasts.
Using the TENS Breast Massager Electrode Pads

Connect the Electrode Pads to any TENS device using lead wires with standard pins.

Moisten the silicone rubber electrodes, or use a gel pack, to improve conductivity.

Tape the Electrode Pads in place with adhesive tape; otherwise it may be necessary to hold them in place during massage.

Turn on the TENS unit and apply stimulation at the desired intensity for breast massage and for comfort. Massage may be applied up to two times a day, for up to 20 minutes at a time.
