| DIRECTIONS FOR USE: |

Clean skin thoroughly prior to each application of electrodes. Electrodes do not stick well if any lotion, oil, make-up, dirt, etc. is left on skin. |
 |
Insert the pins of the lead wire from the device (Dr. Ho's unit or other TENS devices) into the rubber electrodes. Our double sided self adhesive gel pads must be used with the rubber electrodes. |
 |
Cut the double sided self adhesive pad to a proper size and shape for the rubber electrodes. For large muscle groups including upper shoulder and lower back regions, use the extra large size pads; for small muscle groups including elbow, arm or feet regions, use the standard size pads. |
 |
Stick the replacement double sided self adhesive pad on the electrodes. Remove the liner of the pad, and apply firmly to the skin. Adhesion improves when electrodes reach skin temperature. For best results change the pad every 1-3 months. |
 |
Helpful hint; always moisten skin with a damp cloth with water prior to applying electrodes. This will improve the electrode adhesion and life. |
